Navigator 4.x is, at four years and counting, just too old to keep up with most things that will
be done on the Internet of the future. There's nothing wrong with Navigator 4.x, but you probably don't want to use
it in this area. Consider it a friendly warning. Check with the
W3C for information
on CSS-compliant browsers;
Netscape
7 and above,
Opera 6 and above, and
Camino and
Safari (both for Apple OS X only) are
CSS-compliant enough for this website.
