The University of Cincinnati Fire Test Center is located just north of Cincinnati, Ohio, within UC's Center Hill Research Facility. The UC Fire Test Center is a collaborative effort between two of UC's finest research and development laboratories, UC's Combustion Research Laboratory, and UC's Leather Research Laboratory. These labs are in direct partnership with UC College of Engineering and Applied Science.

The UC Fire Test Center shall provide accurate, rigorous, and efficient engineering and FAA certification fire tests on aerospace components and materials. Fire tests conducted on aerospace-related components and hardware shall be performed through the UC Combustion Research Laboratory, and flammability tests conducted on leather-related products within aerospace and automotive vehicles shall be performed through UC Leather Research Laboratory. All tests shall offer a high degree of safety and provide versatility in all areas of design.
