Hotel Reservation:

A $149/day ($104 for attendees with valid government identification) group rate is available at the Kingsgate Marriott Conference Hotel for the participants of the workshop for the nights from 02.18.08 through 02.20.08.  The block of rooms has been increased to accommodate all participants and the cut-off date for making reservations at the discounted group rate has been extended until February 8, 2008 (Friday).  To make reservations on-line go to www.kingsgatemarriott.com and enter AFWAFWA in the “group/promotional code” box.  This will make reservations directly into your group room block at the discounted group rate.  Alternatively, you can call 888-720-1299 and ask for the Air Force Workshop group block to make reservations.

Unfortunately, the reserved block of rooms at the Kingsgate Marriott has already filled up.  I recommend the Vernon Manor Hotel (http://www.vernonmanorhotel.com/) which is very nice, resonably priced, and within walking distance.
