Elhoucine Madhi received his BS degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, in 1997 and his MS degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology, Dayton, in 2006.

Mr. Madhi started his PhD study in the Department of Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics in September 2007. He is currently conducting his PhD research in the area of electromagnetic nondestructive materials characterization.
