USIL offers MS, Ph.D., and Post Doctoral positions to highly talented engineers or physicists who want to gain experience in basic research and R&D with a world renowned research group.
Successful candidates will develop novel sensing methods and technologies and liaise with our industrial partners including GE Aviation, Boeing, and Research Labs such as the Air Force Research Laboratory. The research is technically challenging, requiring outstanding theoretical and practical skills. The opportunity to bring successes quickly to industrial use makes this position highly rewarding.
